When will I receive my Order? - Depending on what it is and how large your order is plays a big part on how long it will take.
Once we receive your order we will get it out to you as soon as possible. Some times the stock can be in our Queenstown store and needs to be brought over to Wanaka to ship out. Small items, once sent are on overnight NZ Post so should be 1-2 business days.
Larger items such as bags, skis, snowboards are sent with PBT and run on a 4-5 business days south island and 7-9 Days North Island. Sometimes these can take up to three weeks to the North Island so please allow time to get to you. These are also subject to delays due to staff shortages / Christmas madness etc. along the chain.
Please keep in mind that if you have a rural address this can add an extra day or two also.
In general, we ship our orders with CourierPost, which we run on a 1-2 day service with pickup at 3pm each day.
Larger items, such as luggage, skis and snowboards, ship on an earlier service with PBT couriers. This is a fully traceable service. (Just to note: if it is a rural delivery, it can take a few more days depending on your local service.)

Tapered UnderBite – Each side of the board’s effective edge is segmented into 3 distinct parts that step horizontally inward rather than tapering. Traditional “tapered boards” take the full sidecut and pull the tail inward, which is away from the arc of your turn – this is why they tend to wash out under hard carving. Tapered UnderBite corrects this by increasing the sidecut depth as you move towards the tail creating a corrective “hook” to the taper. The board blends into turns effortlessly, and has the directional drive and float you’d expect from a tapered board.

Weightless Core – The Weightless Core strikes a critical balance between lightweight and strength. Using a lower density species of Poplar in areas that are not as structured and Paulownia in the areas that are, Yes. was able to shave precious weight. Targeted to please the advanced to expert level snowboarder, the Alchemist is packed with functional technology. This snowboard features two unique technologies from the K2 camp; the SpaceGlass™ tip insert and the patented Spectral Braid. SpaceGlass™ is a pre-cured fiberglass insert that helps reduce weight, reduce chatter, and increase edge pressure. Sintered True - Just like it says. Pellets or course powder is pressed until it forms a solid. There are several suppliers for our entire industry and they each have different codes for them, depending on the color and transparency. These codes can make it seem like you’re getting many different kinds and grades of sintered but they’re all pretty much the same as far as you and I will ever tell. True Sintered is harder and more expensive than extruded and it can be faster for those that ride aggressively fast. But to do that, it needs to be waxed and prepared for local conditions.

Larger items such as bags, skis, snowboards are sent with PBT and run on a 4-5 business days south island and 7-9 Days North Island. Sometimes these can take up to three weeks to the North Island so please allow time to get to you. These are also subject to delays due to staff shortages / Christmas madness etc. along the chain.
Please keep in mind that if you have a rural address this can add an extra day or two also.
