Accounts Position

Location: BaseNZ, Wanaka

Flexible Hours: 25-30 hours per week - Full Time Year Round

 We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in an accounts position. Reporting directly to the managers and directors, this role offers flexible working hours (between 8am and 5pm). The ideal candidate will thrive in a busy, highly interactive work environment and have the following attributes:

 Key Responsibilities

• Handling Xero accounting software and payroll functions
• Managing accounts tasks efficiently and accurately
• Collaborating with team members and providing excellent service

 Skills and Experience

• Solid experience with Xero accounting software and payroll management
• High level of computer literacy, particularly with Excel
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• A positive “can-do” attitude and team-player mindset
• Friendly, approachable, and accurate

Boot Fitter/ Hardgoods Sales / Snow Technical

The team at BaseNZ Wanaka is looking for a new team member.
This is a snow-focused boot fitting technician position reporting to shop managers. 
This full-time position requires highly flexible seasonal working hours including evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities include maintaining a high level of customer service, sales, management, and snow boot fit workshop area maintenance. Selling ski and snowboard hard goods with a passion for snow sports and elevating customer experience.

We are looking for a motivated team member who thrives in a busy and 
highly interactive work environment and has the following attributes:

• Min 2 years’ experience in ski & snowboard boot fitting
• Experienced in biomechanical foot assessment.
• Expert in making custom orthotics, installing heating systems, and custom boot molds.
• Experience selling both ski and snowboard hard goods.
• The successful applicant will be a team player with a well-developed service
   focus and “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to use their initiative, work independently and as part of a
   cohesive team.
• Friendly, organised and customer focused.
