For a good reason, the Contour has long been the favorite boot of our women's team. This mid-to-stiff flexing boot is a no-bull, feature-forward snowboard boot that prioritizes performance and looks damn good doing it.

The secret to the award-winning fit is the Conda™ liner lacing system. Powered by a BOA® Fit System dial, this forgiving and adjustable harness is designed to pull the user's heel into the boot's heel pocket. This urethane-based harness hugs your ankle and flexes naturally. Externally, they started with an articulating cuff to reduce distortion when bending the knee, and we've integrated our Flex Zone calf panel at the top of the cuff, helping to keep legs happy all day long. A high-powered BOA® Fit System H4 Coiler closes the shell securely and can be done without removing your gloves. Lastly, to add durability and maintain the boot's flex over the boot's lifetime, we constructed the K2 Contour using our Endo™ technology.

LINER

The Format is packed with tech. It starts with a foundation of a zonal closure system and articulating cuff to reduce shell distortion and provide consistent heel hold. The shell lacing features the H4/M3 Zonal BOA® Fit System with TX3 BOA® Rope Laces. The upper shell lacing powered by an H4 Coiler BOA® dial and the lower shell lacing controlled by an M3 BOA® dial, allowing the rider to independently control the upper and lower zones of the boot for the perfect fit. 

The Haven is a staple in the K2 Snowboarding boot line and is the perfect all-mountain option for boarders who want a softer flexing boot with deluxe features for exploring new terrain.

A long-time favorite of resort employees and progressing snowboarders alike, we packed all the essentials into the mix on the K2 Haven, starting with an H4 Coiler BOA® Fit System. This securely closes the shell using a stainless-steel BOA® lace for the perfect fit and helps to effortlessly get you in and out of your boots at the beginning and end of the day.

LINER

The Kinsley Clicker™ X HB offers every convenience you could ever want, from ultra-easy-binding entry and exit to a perfect out-of-the-box fit, without sacrificing an ounce of performance.

It starts with a dual-zone closure with BOA® Fit System to micro-tune your fit. A dedicated BOA® dial for the upper shell and a second dial dedicated to closing the lower part of the shell. The boot's upper cuff is constructed with our Flex Zone calf panel at the top of the cuff, helping to keep legs happy all day long. Inside, a supportive three-point harness is integrated into the shell, wrapping itself around a heat-moldable Control Foam 3D liner with award-winning foam from Intuition®.

Underfoot, we've combined our Clicker™ X technology into an outsole. Secure and robust integrated toe and heel mounts are integrated into a full rubber outsole. This dual-compound rubber material is grippy and durable for ice traction in the parking lot and those semi-sketchy boot packs. An impact-absorbing EVA midsole is lined with K2's SpaceHeater™ material to keep your foot warm and comfortable all day to put the cherry on top.

Impact-resistant, durable, and performance-driven, the H4 BOA® Dial ejects on severe impact and is easily re-inserted into the boot. The H4 dial controls the upper shell lacing, while the M3 dial controls the lower shell lacing.

3-POINT HARNESS LINER LACING:

The 3-Point Harness is a straightforward solution that doesn’t skimp on support. Instead, this system aims to optimize heel hold while providing ankle support and unrivaled stability to help reduce fatigue. A taller Pro Version is found on Orton and Format models for additional support.

CLICKER™ X HB OUTSOLE:

The Clicker™ X outsole features an exaggerated rocker profile for walkability and a full rubber outsole for hikeability and durability. Harshmellow™ is integrated into the midsole and securely layered around our Clicker™ X technology.

INTUITION® CONTROL FOAM 3D LINER:

The most versatile liner in the K2 Snowboarding line, the Control Foam 3D liner features both internal and external J-Bars for the perfect blend of comfort and structure.

SPACEHEATER™ UNDERFOOT:

We’ve gone the extra mile to ensure that you stay warm and comfortable. By adding reflective SpaceHeater™ material to the footbed on our boots, we’re helping to trap heat inside the shell.

ARTICULATING UPPER CUFF:

Articulating cuff upper helps reduce shell distortion when flexing forward into the snowboard boot.

HDR™ PREMIUM SYNTHETIC UPPER:

Eight times more durable than a standard polyurethane material, HDR Premium Synthetics is a proprietary synthetic durable finish designed for extreme conditions. The dynamic resin system provides exceptional abrasion and durability beyond traditional synthetic materials.

3D FORMED EVA FOOTBED:

Provides anatomically correct cushioning and support and is built from rigid EVA foam.

FLEX ZONE CALF PANEL:

Flexible neoprene is placed at the liner's cuff to reduce pressure points on calf muscles.

It all starts with our This Grips!™ outsole - two different densities of rubber are strategically placed to ensure the best possible grip for the parking lot and the boot pack. A full-EVA midsole is backed with our impact-resistant Harshmellow™ material, helping to reduce vibration and mellow out the harshest of landings. Less vibration of the ankle means that your feet feel comfortable and fresh all day long.

LINER

Like any good exploratory mission, don’t forget to take your Passport with you -- the key to accessing uncharted terrain. Built for the intermediate-to-expert level rider and shaped and sized to be unisex, the Passport is directional in every way but remains switch and fakie friendly.

Slightly-wider-than-average waist width is met with 8mm of taper to ensure easy turning and float in deep snow. It’s complemented by an elongated rocker profile from the front insert pack, throughout the tip. A tighter sidecut radius in the tip and tail allows you to engage turns easily, while a longer radius between the feet makes the turn smooth and predictable progression. We’ve added a new blend of ICG 10™ Triax fiberglass to the Passport, adding tip-to-tail snap with precise edge performance.

This glass layup wraps our lightweight A1 core - which features three species of sustainably harvested timber, and all of it sits atop a fast and durable Sintered 4000 base.

Have your mind blown by the K2 Excavator. Designed for the new age carver that has to slash every lip insight on the way to the POW stashes. This board is built for fun but also knows when to be serious. The wider profile of the Excavator allows riders to size down 5cm from their usual snowboard size and allows you to get all of the performance out of a longer board without the extra swing weight. This extra width and 20mm of taper benefits riders with wider feet, reducing any “booting out” on those deep corduroy carves and long traverses but don't be afraid of the width, both for male and female riders. CAMBER

Designed to ride the entire resort and score an A+ in the turning category, the K2 Almanac snowboard is writing the newest chapter in Volume Shift™ snowboards. Purpose-engineered to be a daily driver, this snowboard takes inspiration from models like the Party Platter and Excavator, and charts its own course.

When choosing the Almanac, you’ll want to size down 5cm, due to it’s wider than average outline (read: Volume Shift™) - so if you normally ride a 158cm snowboard, you’ll want to get your hands on the 153cm length for lapping your favorite run at the resort.

When it comes to tech, the Almanac does not skimp. Camber under-foot with raised contact points in the tip and tail help make this snowboard comfortable riding the entire resort - enough snap for the feeling of energy in and out of the turn, and a fluid feel when transitioning from edge to edge. From the bottom up, we’ve started with a hard and fast sintered 4000 base, a snappy core consisting of bamboo, aspen, and poplar woods, a bi-axial fiberglass weave, and our tip-to-tail carbon backbone snapping Ollies over slow signs. The Almanac also features an additional set of inserts for the front and back foot, so you can set your bindings back and enjoy a little extra float on the deep days.
