The United Shapes Transmission Snowboard is a short‑wide, full‑camber freecarve board built for advanced riders who want maximum stability, edge hold and carving performance on hardpack and high‑speed groomers.

The Transmission is designed as a dedicated hardpack and carving specialist, using full traditional camber from contact point to contact point and a very long effective edge packed into a reduced overall length. Its short‑wide outline, increased waist widths and elliptical sidecut give you huge edge contact and stability while still feeling nimble and quick edge‑to‑edge once you are tipped over. United Shapes’ Precision Core blends poplar, paulownia and ash with two full sheets of unidirectional carbon above and below the core, creating a damp, ultra‑responsive feel that soaks up chatter but still snaps out of turns. A fast Sintered 2100 base and bio‑based resin round out a construction that keeps weight reasonable while staying robust for aggressive carving days across firm NZ conditions.
