Adjustable freeride poles with built-in RAV filming system, big grips and metal hardware for hard Kiwi charging on and off-piste.
The Apollo FR runs a 100–140 cm adjustable length, so one size genuinely covers everything from shorter in-bounds laps to steep, technical tours loaded with kick turns, and you can wind them out to full length for extra-stable follow-cam filming. A full metal clamp and hardware package with a stainless-steel latch bolt lets you dial in clamping tension and massively cuts down on unwanted pole slips or separations when you are sending bigger lines. The redesigned 350 mm extended, 360 degree grip gives heaps of hand positions for 4-point landings, sidehilling and quick grip changes when using aftermarket camera mounts. Removable, adjustable straps let you run them locked in for resort days, then strip them off in seconds for safer travel in the backcountry. Underneath, the 98 mm RAV powder baskets ski like regular freeride baskets but add Deorum’s integrated Rapid Attachment Video camera interface so you can share one camera between the crew without extra clutter. An alloy ladder tab and de-icer plate makes flipping climbing aids and scraping warm, sticky skis easy, while laser-etched graphics in the anodised coating stay readable season after season. With full compatibility across Deorum’s GoPro Max and Insta360 mounts, the Apollo FR becomes both your daily driver pole and your go-to third-person camera rig.
