Durable leather GORE-TEX gloves with everyday warmth and a low-profile cuff for riders who want dry, comfortable hands from first chair to last.
The Burton Gondy GORE-TEX Leather Gloves are built for riders who like the natural feel and durability of leather but still want full storm-ready protection. A supple goat leather shell wraps the glove for consistent grip and longevity, backed by a GORE-TEX membrane with GORE Plus Warm technology to keep things waterproof, windproof, and breathable in mixed mountain weather. Inside, ThermacoreECO insulation and a brushed microfibre fixed lining deliver warm, low-bulk comfort that helps move sweat away from your skin. A low-profile, extended storm cuff fits neatly under your jacket sleeve and keeps out drafts and spindrift while you strap in, stack laps, or hike for another line.

I’ve been using the Burton Gondy GORE-TEX Leather Gloves through a mix of resort days and some touring, and they’ve held up really well. The full leather build feels solid straight away, and after a few days it breaks in nicely without losing durability.
Waterproofing has been on point. I’ve had a few wet snow days and never ended up with soaked hands, which is always the biggest test. They also block wind really well on colder lift rides.
What stands out is the dexterity. For a warm glove, they still let you do small things like zipping pockets, adjusting bindings, or handling skins without constantly taking them off. The grip feels secure too, especially on poles and grabs.
Warmth-wise, they’re good for most conditions, but on really cold days you might still want a liner if you run cold.
The longer cuff is a nice touch — keeps snow out and works well with a jacket sleeve.
Only downside is they take a bit of time to fully break in, like most leather gloves, but once they do they’re super comfortable.
Overall, a really dependable pair if you want something durable, waterproof, and still functional enough for everyday riding.
