The Armada Strive 14 GW is a lightweight, GripWalk-compatible alpine binding with a 5–14 DIN range, low stand height, and wide toe platform, built for aggressive all-mountain and freeride skiers who want strong power transmission without excess weight.
The Strive 14 GW uses the LDN low-profile toe, putting you close to the snow for better terrain feel and a more neutral stance over the ski. A super-wide toe pedal and XL wings give excellent lateral power transfer, helping drive wider skis with confidence in chopped and variable snow. Automatic GripWalk adaptation means it works seamlessly with both alpine and GripWalk soles, with no manual toe-height fiddling. With a DIN range of 5–14 and a weight around 1960 g per pair, it suits advanced to expert riders who want a high-DIN option that still feels light and nimble underfoot. Extra elastic travel in the toe and heel helps reduce pre-releases when you are skiing fast, landing drops, or dealing with rough terrain.
- High-DIN range: 5–14 release value gives plenty of headroom for stronger or heavier skiers who need higher settings.
- GripWalk compatible: Auto-adjusting toe works with ISO 5355 alpine and ISO 23223 GripWalk soles without manual setup.
- LDN low-profile toe: Low stand height and neutral stance enhance snow feel and balance on modern freeride and freestyle skis.
- Extra-wide toe pedal: Wide platform under the boot improves lateral power transmission and stability on wider skis.
- Light but durable build: Glass-fibre reinforced polyamide body keeps weight down while handling everyday resort abuse.
- Multiple brake options: Typical widths of 90, 100, 115, and 130 mm to suit everything from all-mountain to fat freeride skis.
