Hollow axles and kingpins cut weight without changing the geometry, while cast aluminium hangers and baseplates receive a T6 heat treatment for strength. Hand-poured urethane pivot bushings keep the response smooth, with refined bushing and washer shapes supporting a clean turn. Machined hanger ends give your bearings a precise contact surface, and rethreading axle nuts help maintain damaged axle threads. It’s a practical performance build with a personal touch from Spanky, ready for carving between spots and getting stuck into the session.

Hollow axles and kingpins: Reduce weight while retaining the established AF1 geometry.

T6 heat-treated construction: Strengthens the cast aluminium hangers and baseplates for regular skateboarding.

Smooth-turning setup: Hand-poured 96A urethane pivot bushings and refined bushing shapes support responsive turns.

Rethreading axle nuts: Help repair damaged axle threads when fitting or removing the nuts.

Machined hanger ends: Provide a precise bearing contact surface for a clean wheel fit.

Original Spanky artwork: Gives this Ace Limited release Kevin Long’s own creative stamp.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0321/8063/3732/files/ace-af1-limited-kevin-spanky-long-trucks-55-sk8trucks-500.webp?v=1792046267
